  • The ROTC provides full-tuition scholarships to its cadets, paying their way through college. These scholarships are offered to high school seniors who can apply for four-year scholarships. Scholarships are also offered to students already in college and who are interested in joining the ROTC. Those students can apply to two or three-year scholarships.
  • The ROTC provides its cadets with invaluable leadership development courses. The farther along cadet’s get in the program, the more responsibilities they will be entrusted with. More experienced cadets are offered the opportunity to lead their fellow cadets, after being taught how to handle certain situations. This builds confidence and character that is useful in many different professional settings.
  • The ROTC teaches their cadets the fundamental importance of staying in shape and how to do so. This includes dietary advice and physical exercise guidance. The ROTC wants to help their cadets develop healthy habits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
